For comedy · drag · burlesque · variety producers
Run the whole night from one screen.
Lineup, walk-on music, the clock, the contracts and the flyer — in one app built for the producer who is also on the bill. Stop juggling a Google Doc, a group text, Spotify and a stopwatch.
✓ Free during early access ✓ Works with no signal ✓ iPhone, Android & laptop
The problem
Producing a show shouldn't take five apps and a panic attack.
Every indie producer runs the same messy stack. I Can Run A Show replaces all of it.
Your night right now
- Lineup in a notes app, set times in a spreadsheet
- Walk-on songs queued in Spotify, praying for no ads
- A phone stopwatch to light the comics
- Chasing headshots and handles in DMs for the flyer
- Bookings "confirmed" in a text thread nobody can find
With I Can Run A Show
- One lineup, one running order, synced to every device
- Tap a performer's face — their song fades in
- A cue clock that tells you if you're running long
- Performers fill in their own details from a link
- Contracts signed, timestamped and on file
What you get
Everything from booking to bows.
Run the show like a stage manager — even from the stage.
Full-screen live mode with a cue clock, a soundboard and the lineup. Each performer gets a button with their headshot on it.
- Tap once to fade a walk-on in, again to fade it out
- Per-cue countdown and a drift meter: ahead, on time or running long
- Pair a $15 Bluetooth clicker and run sound from the mic stand
- Screen stays awake for the whole show

Snap a photo of the run sheet. Get a cue list.
Got a printed schedule, a PDF from the venue, or a text from the host? Import it. Times, names and set lengths are read right on your phone — nothing uploaded, nothing to pay for.
- Photo, PDF or pasted text
- Edit, reorder and re-time every cue
- Export a clean PDF runsheet for the booth

Contracts that actually get signed.
Upload your booking agreement and send it to anyone in your rolodex. They open a link, read it, type their name — done. No account, no app, no printer.
- See at a glance who's signed and who's still waiting
- Every signature is timestamped with a fingerprint of the exact document
- A built-in no-show rule performers acknowledge when they sign

A rolodex that remembers everybody.
Save a performer once — headshot, handle, email, walk-on song, credits — and drop them into any show. Update them once and every show updates.
- Send a link and let them fill in their own details
- Email the whole lineup in one tap
- Wording fits your scene: Comic, Queen or Artist Rolodex

Plan every show on one page.
Lineup first, flyer and running order beside it. Readiness checks tell you what's still missing before doors.
- Flyer, venue, staff, host, vendors and deadlines
- Expenses tracked per show
- Calendar of everything you've got coming up

And the little things
Built for the venue basement.
Bad signal, a dying phone and five minutes to doors. It was designed for exactly that.
Works offline
Install it to your home screen. When the venue Wi-Fi dies, the show doesn't.
Private by design
Your shows are encrypted on your device before they're saved. We can't read them.
Live audience link
Share a link that shows who's on now and who's up next — updates live.
Promo post in one tap
The bill, the host and everyone's handles composed into a caption, ready to paste.
Season report
Audience, money and your regulars across every show — plus a venue pitch, copied in one tap.
No ads, no tracking
No ad cookies, no third-party trackers, no selling your data. Ever.

FAQ
Questions producers ask.
Do my performers need an account?
No. Performers, signers and audience members only ever open a link. Only the producer has an account.
What happens if the venue has no signal?
Install the app to your home screen and it keeps running offline. Your edits are saved on the device and synced when you're back online.
Does it play music from Spotify?
No — you upload the actual audio files for walk-ons and DJ tracks. That means no ads mid-show, no buffering, and no surprise "this song isn't available".
Is it on the App Store?
It runs in any browser and installs to the home screen on iPhone and Android in two taps. Open icanrunashow.com in Safari or Chrome and choose "Add to Home Screen".
Who can see my shows?
Only you. Your data is encrypted on your device with a key made from your password before it's saved. That also means we can't recover it if you forget your password — so download a backup from Settings.
Can I get my data out?
Yes, any time. Settings → export gives you a full backup file of every show, performer and setting.
