I Can Run A Show ("the Service", available at icanrunashow.com) is a live-show management tool for comedians, promoters, and variety-show producers. This policy explains what information the Service handles and how.

Information we collect

• Account information: a username and a password. We never store your password in readable form — the server keeps only a slow-hashed credential.
• Your show data: shows, lineups, schedules, contacts, and files you add are encrypted on your device with a key derived from your password before they are sent to our servers. We cannot read this data. If you lose your password, we cannot recover it.
• Local storage: the app stores your session, display preferences, and temporary backups of unsaved edits in your browser's local storage so the app works reliably, including offline.

What we don't do

• We do not sell your personal information.
• We do not read the contents of your encrypted show data.
• We do not require an email address or phone number to use the Service.

Advertising and cookies

We use Google AdSense to show ads on public pages of the Service.

• Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites.
• Google's use of advertising cookies (such as the DoubleClick cookie) enables it and its partners to serve ads based on your visits to this site and/or other sites on the Internet.
• You may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings, or opt out of some third-party vendors' cookies at www.aboutads.info.

Your rights (GDPR / CCPA)

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. Because your show data is end-to-end encrypted, you can export it yourself at any time from Settings, and deleting your account removes your data from our servers. Visitors in the EEA and UK are shown a consent message for advertising cookies before any are set.

Data retention

Encrypted data is retained while your account exists. Items you delete are moved to an in-app trash you control. You can export a full backup of your data from Settings at any time.

Children

The Service is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date above will be updated. Material changes will be noted in the app.
