Terms of Service
Last updated: July 3, 2026
By using I Can Run A Show ("the Service", available at icanrunashow.com) you agree to these terms.
The Service
I Can Run A Show is a tool for planning and running live shows — lineups, schedules, contacts, live timers, and public show pages. The Service is provided as-is; features may change or be discontinued.
Your account
- You are responsible for keeping your password safe. Your data is encrypted with a key derived from your password — if you lose your password, your data cannot be recovered. Export regular backups from Settings.
- You are responsible for the content you store and share through the Service, including public viewer links and artist sign-up pages you create.
Acceptable use
- Don't use the Service for anything unlawful, or to store or distribute content you don't have rights to.
- Don't attempt to disrupt the Service or access other users' data.
Content you upload
You keep all rights to content you add (show details, photos, music files, contacts). We only store it — encrypted — so the Service can show it back to you and to people you deliberately share links with.
Liability
The Service is provided without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages, including lost data or lost income arising from use of the Service. Run-of-show timing is a planning aid, not a guarantee your show will run on time.
Termination
You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Changes
If these terms change materially, the date above will be updated and changes noted in the app.
